Seems pretty Ni to me, maybe ENXj.
Ni-ENFj (Ni-EIE in the crappy stock notation) for the guy originally posted.
The other guy you posted a photo of is Ni-ENTj (Ni-LIE.) He seems a colder and the first guy seems a little spacier.
Look-alikes look alike, sometimes, somewhat. They're would both be Ni-ENXj's which is why this notation is superior (though I suppose you could write Ni-XIE, but it seems less clear to me.

The first guy I believe is likely one of the 16 types, but I don't see any relevant information to make an educated guess that it's true or not.
