Enneatype meeeee
People keep saying I'm 6w5, and I've always just taken such a typing for granted. But now I figure it'd be best to actually know why people type me that way. I'm pretty sure I'm not 2, 3, 7, or 8 (perhaps not 1 or 9). The only thing I've really identified with is sp/sx. I don't really know much about enneagram, nor do I have the initiative to do so. So I leave it to you.

I'd say you're a compliant type: 1, 6, or 2. Probably not a 2, so that narrows it to 1 or 6. Yea 6w7 or 6w5 sounds good.

Alright I've been doing some contemplating, and I've been thinking E5. Is Fi + E5 all that common/likely/possible?
How can other people say what you are? Are we in your own head?
On CAM you're pretty.....stable and you just sort of sit there, but on occasion you will laugh at Dolphin and I's lovable dorkiness. I like it when you smile it seems so empathetic and human or something?
I mean I don't feel comfortable psychoanalyzing you because no matter what you are, what then? Where can you go from there, what can you DO with that information? How will you use it to grow and become a better person? Can you do it? Or will you just use it to stay stuck in a preconceived notion of who you are?
It just seems , that you're a lonely person and you need more basic human support, compassion and a true friend.

I really hate it when people say that. I always see it as a request for immediate change, like "you're lonely, so take action to change this situation NOW."

I'm constantly looking to align the real with the ideal.I've been more oriented toward being overly idealistic by expecting the real to match the ideal. My thinking side is dominent. The result is that sometimes I can be overly impersonal or self-centered in my approach, not being understanding of others in the process and simply thinking "you should do this" or "everyone should follor this rule"..."regardless of how they feel or where they're coming from"which just isn't a good attitude to have.
