IEE
fuck sarcasm
Yeah. Gammas are so sarcastic that we don't ever seem sarcastic. People just think its a natural neutralization of the ecosystem.
Gammas don't have humor.

The Barnum or Forer effect is the tendency for people to judge that general, universally valid statements about personality are actually specific descriptions of their own personalities. A "universally valid" statement is one that is true of everyone—or, more likely, nearly everyone. It is not known why people tend to make such misjudgments, but the effect has been experimentally reproduced.
The psychologist Paul Meehl named this fallacy "the P.T. Barnum effect" because Barnum built his circus and dime museum on the principle of having something for everyone. It is also called "the Forer effect" after its discoverer, the psychologist Bertram R. Forer, who modestly dubbed it "the fallacy of personal validation".
As long as it's not an ILI being sarcastically Fe, I'm good with Gamma sarcasm. That shit is creepy. It is funny, but I get the feeling it's funnier to them, since they enjoy watching you squirm with discomfort.
EDIT:
What makes it creepy is how they break the social “rules” of things in an exaggerated way that makes them come off weird.
The blood that runs within my veins
Keeps me from ever ending up the same
The fire that's pushing me on and on and on
To me it's everything and it makes me fucking strong
Love me or hate me
I walk alone
Been called a monster, called a demon, called a fake
I'm not an idol, not an angel, not a saint
I walk alone, I always have, I'm not ashamed
A living nightmare from the cradle to the grave
Yeah... not very often but sometime I'm just doing something out of social expectations just to see everyone being speechless and awkward.... it's fun to me somehow...
I see some SEE do that too but the way they do make everybody laugh. So they come off more likable.
Not sure about the sarcasm part... I'm pretty straightforward, especially when breaking social norms.

I use it as a crutch sometimes but don't think it's an appealing trait

Yes, it's not.
Arthur Schopenhauer (ILI-Ni):
- “A man can be himself only so long as he is alone; and if he does not love solitude, he will not love freedom; for it is only when he is alone that he is really free.”
Georg Wilhelm Friedrich Hegel (ILI-Te):
- "The history of the world is none other than the progress of the consciousness of freedom."
I can be pretty sarcastic, there are some who take it to a whole other level though. When it's excessive it can get annoying.
Bound upon me, rush upon me, I will overcome you by enduring your onset: whatever strikes against that which is firm and unconquerable merely injures itself by its own violence. Wherefore, seek some soft and yielding object to pierce with your darts.
-Seneca
Sarcasm is the body's natural defense against stupidity.
