How long have you know these people? Also, do you know them intimately or from work or somewhere other than their personal lives? Otherwise, what is to say that you are not experiencing their personnas or roles? I had an ISTJ co-worker, whom if you saw at work or in public, she arduously attempted to show her Te. However, knowing her intimately, the F came out. I told her that she appeared to be more ISFJ than ISTJ, due to her high moral standards and inability to consider circumstances when dealing with problems.

This made me think of ENFp:

Person D: He's very outward about his feelings and is very dramatic and loud when he does express himself. He's highly intelligent in some areas but seems like a total tard in others, somewhat like an idiot savant or like a genius that lacks common sense. He'll sometimes waste time and energy on things and projects that aren't fruitful and he seems to bounce from one project to the next (though they all typically seem to lead to the same main thing that he's working on).

Aren't ENTp's and ESTp's pretty outward about their feelings too? I've noticed some can be plenty dramatic as well =P

The vibe I got from that quote was of an irrational, dominant person, and it immediately reminded my of an ENFp I know. But then you did say he was "logical" and technically-minded. So I thought of ENTp, but your own perception of him as "logical" might have been to his hidden agenda. That is why I chose ENFp first and ENTp second.

I didn't really see an dominant person in your description:

like a genius that lacks common sense.

I can't imagine describing an ESTp in that way.
