Hmmm.. that's an SLOAN test I believe, and no, it doesn't help much . But perhaps one could extrapolate that you are ethical and introverted from those results. If you are sure of Fe that would mean INFp or ISFp. Perhaps LII or LSI.

Meh, I think the quickest way is to take some tests. Have you tried taking this one? It's not that likely to give you exactly your type, but it will give you at least the quadra(or amusingly, the opposite quadra, but at least it is something to go on):
