Try to come up with language that is typical of each of the eight functions off of the top of your head (Don't really think about it, just write!).
Here is my attempt:
Ti: The conjugate base of the number of associations between the analytical leanings of the primary reflexive ideology illustrates that 1+1 = 2.
Ne:
- Imagine if we bought a house...
- What would happen if he said that?
- Why are we having this conversation?
- Wouldn't it be cool if...
Fi:
- That's really sweet of you...
- That's really heart-warming.
- I care a lot about you.
- You mean everything to me.
Se: Hey asshole: go fuck yourself!
Fe:
- Isn't that sweet!?
- You're really cool!
-![]()
-
Si:
- That has a really sleek look to it.
- Look at the way that picture is positioned...
- I like the sound that stereo makes...
Ni:
- Nonsense... (I don't mean to say that "nonsense" is a common term used by Ni types. I mean to say that Ni often sounds like nonsense to me.)
Te:
- That approach is really practical.
(This one is hard as well.)
I've noticed a pattern:
Ti, Fe, and Se were incredibly easy. (I think that's because they're what I'm either using the most or most aware of.)
Ni and Te were hard; if you read the descriptions of quasi-identical relations, this makes sense - you often have a hard time understanding your quasi-identical's language. For example, I was reading some existential philosophy today (Ni stuff), and I couldn't make any sense of it.
Fi, Ne, and Si were a little harder than the first listed functions, but not entirely difficult.
Had I verbalized them, Fi and Se would have seemed the most strange for me.
I'd be interested to see other people's results.
Jason
