    this pretty much describes me. though i would love it if someone came up to me like this, i would just as suspicious.

    If there only were women like this. I feel kinda bad for all the great guys who really think someone will walk up to them some day and who still - for some peculiar reason - remain single.

    Lucky indeed. I have the feeling that too many INTjs think that the right girl will just walk up to them some day. And shame on you for giving them hope. :wink:

    This is where an INTj needs to learn how to totally not expect anything from anyone, and really understand independence.

    Whatever would happen with that woman, you would still be yourself, and things would still go inthe same direction.


    Now, I'm not going to say my whole reaction would be much different, but I'd at least be more open, and figure out what she was like before I completely wrote her off.
    Posts I wrote in the past contain less nuance.
    If you're in this forum to learn something, be careful. Lots of misplaced toxicity.

    I give out criticism when I feel it's necessary. But you can't be "on" all the time. You have to be able to laugh once in a while.
