Aim
Jadae mentioned that we needed a chart to remember PoLR/HA etc. but I insist that charts are completely unnecessary!
So, for those of you having trouble remembering these things, this is what I do...
(btw, I'm assuming you know the skeleton of Model A, you might want to familiarise yourselves with it if you aren't already)
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
3 Important Details
#1 Introverted and extroverted functions alternate.
LSE - Te Si Fe Ni
#2 Judging and perceiving functions alternate.
LSE - T(j) S(p) F(j) N(p)
#3 The sub-conscious functions are opposite of the conscious functions.
LSE - Te Si Fe Ni // Fi Ne Ti Se
Knowing these 3 things, it becomes apparent that there is only 2 things you ever need to remember about any type: the first two functions (because once they are both established there is only one option for the rest of the functions).
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
In the event that you have a memory as bad as mine, you don't even need to remember those two functions because if you know what to look for they are immediately obvious in the type names/acronymns.
For example - the Logical-Sensory Extratim.
Step 1: look at the first word. We now know the first function of the LSE is T.
Step 2: check whether they are an overall Intratim or Extratim. The Extratim has an extraverted 1st function so we have Te.
Knowing only one function tells you a lot about the rest of their psyche. Knowing Te, we also know:
Te ?i Fe ?i // Fi ?e Ti ?e
Step 3: the second word fills in the gaps. It also tells you the PoLR and the Hidden Agenda.
Te Se Fe Ni etc....
