"Worst" is a broad term and IMO the question is unanswerable. But let's say j/p, since IRL I collaborate by far more with Ps than Js. I basically live in a world of P, my encounters with Js are relatively brief and rare, while the vast majority of my acquaintances I actively (reciprocal) keep in touch with are Ps. Roughly the same all quadras, with a tendency to prefer Introverts from both categories.
For me, its a close tie between Fi/Fe and j/p, but if I have to pick I will say Fi/Fe.

Real-life examples may be more useful than ranking.
In theory, "J/P mismatch" isn't supposed too be bad in the case of Activity or Mirror relations.
Does depend on the context. My worst disagreements online are always with Deltas and Gammas, but IRL, I get on fine with Deltas. Offline, Ni egos tend to get to me, so I'd say a Ni/Ne mismatch is worse in that sense.

I think it depends on the person. I don't have many disagreements Ni/Ne-wise. Fi/Fe differences get more difficult. And j/p differences drive me insane. But yeah, this is just comparing my friends, who I get along with anyway.

I tend to get along best with Deltas (in general) and then Alpha Js and Gamma Js. So, I guess it's j/p for me.
Fi/Fe is worse for me, but of course j/p is important too.
I have the most problems with LSEs and IEEs in real life. At first there's a draw, with IEEs especially, and then they drive me *crazy.* Vice versa, I'm sure, as well.
The former two, about equally I'd say.
What do these signs mean—, etc.? Why cannot socionists use symbols Ne, Ni etc. as in MBTI? Just because they have somewhat different meaning. Socionics and MBTI, each in its own way, have slightly modified the original Jung's description of his 8 psychological types. For this reason,
Just one example: in MBTI, Se (extraverted sensing) is associated with life pleasures, excitement etc. By contrast, the socionic function(extraverted sensing) is first and foremost associated with control and expansion of personal space (which sometimes can manifest in excessive aagression, but often also manifests in a capability of managing lots of people and things).
For this reason, we consider comparison between MBTI types and socionic types by functions to be rather useless than useful.
