    Maybe you get angry when you realise what pathetic physical condition you are in.

    lol how can we know? if you get angry when you workout you aren't working out hard enough.


    You gotta Elaborate, what kind of exercise, at what point do you get angry, do you really have no clue why you get angry?

    Start a sport where you get exercised automatically perhaps? Join a club, play badminton or join a weightlifting gym. Start in wrestling or boxing or whatever martial art. Many women at martial arts actually, it's fun!

    Ugh, sorry, I shouldn't have made this thread. I do stuff on a whim when I get angry...please forget you ever saw this.

    You're no fool; you've done nothing wrong. If anything I'd look like the silly one since the thread title is still visible on the main page.
