I've always associated this poet, as well as this short clip as a Ni/Fe mindset/approach. It is positivistic, experiential, goodwill, hopeful vibes acknowledging the socially encompassing worldview that, to me, includes both the individual's spiritual growth and the world around him/her. I see it's images as a sort of meditation on Se influences, noises, bustle, strength to navigate and the will to do so. An enlightened mindset set that views many avenues and converging groups of people intimately, while just as quickly letting them return to the stream. All the while observing with both a detached/AND heartfelt eye on the people going on around him/her. They are the acting stages "forth" wall, there but not there at the same time, engaged and outgoing enough only in the sense that they see other peoples need to participate in order for IEI to hide amongst them.

Look for the one who makes people, makes you glad to be there. Wherever "there" happens to be.

If the OP was about how to find duals or something, from my experience IEI kind of just put themselves in the path of SLE, the SLE quickly at least partially sees the hint of someone amazing, someone who laughs at the stupidity, someone who doesn't shy away from calling out SLE bullshit, someone who can get away with murder and you can still love them for it, someone who makes sense of it all: slowing those guys down enough to wade into the shoreline for a visit. It's got to be the IEI who first paddles to the wave, in order to ride it. Shouldn't be to hard for the "opportunist". The bravery part, well that's also up to them.

Failing to fetch me at first keep encouraged,

Missing me one place search another,
I stop somewhere waiting for you.

School, collehe. In class she will often sit upright and look attentively at the teacher opening her eyes wide and big as though the topic consumes all her focus and attention. She comes off as a studious and serious student. Often she is very bending and cooperative. When asked to do something like stand in a spot she will clasp her hands infront of her and assume a very serious expectation with full cooperation

I'm constantly looking to align the real with the ideal.I've been more oriented toward being overly idealistic by expecting the real to match the ideal. My thinking side is dominent. The result is that sometimes I can be overly impersonal or self-centered in my approach, not being understanding of others in the process and simply thinking "you should do this" or "everyone should follor this rule"..."regardless of how they feel or where they're coming from"which just isn't a good attitude to have. It is a way, though, to give oneself an artificial sense of self-justification. LSE

^ Doubt that, isn't IEI described as having high integrity?

You know, OP makes you look like someone who doesn't have any interests other than looking for a hookup in a bar. I can't imagine any INFp being turned on by that.

Crossroads and their archetypes and mythological significance have always fascinated me! You are right on the spot here. On the topic, I tend to spend a lot of my time in coffee shops, hookah places, the pool, the library. I like big parties and I think some other IEIs like them too. I personally am not interested much in bars but only because I'm too young to drink in them, at least in America. When I'm 21 I'll go to them.
