well, i'm not that motivational really. i'm more of the watch me and do what i do, if you want to. i believe you've got to find your own motivation from within. i've done coaching and that's what i would help others with, finding their own motivation for taking the actions they wanted to.

i'm good at figuring out a plan for you though. but yet, it all depends again on you, your body type, your schedule, your own motivation, your goals, etc......blah, blah, blah.

yeah i know...when the motivation comes it will come. in the meantime though i'm at least eating a lot less and trying to go for walks at night. if i lose i lose, if i don't, i don't. :-) but i sure did love yoga and weight training....it would be great to get into a routine with it again.

Strong vanilla. Different kinds of chocolate and toffee will do too.

for me, keep focusing on it and the inspiration will creep in and before you know it, you've picked up a new yoga video at the store and it just flowed without any effort. it just came and felt right and was naturally the next step as you focused on what you wanted.

Ice cream is awesome and my favorite food. Even if there are a lot of things our there that would be better off as favorite foods.

    My favorite flavors:

    1. Cookie Monster Ice Cream

    2. Cookie Dough

    3. Fully Baked

    4. Cookies and Cream

    5. Cheesecake flavored Ice cream

    6. Cake Batter

    7. Mocha

    8. Fudge Ripple

    9. Most of the great flavors, just add hot fudge

Honorable Mention: Vanilla (Because out of the big two classic flavors, I'm definitely more of a vanilla person than a chocolate person.)

Exactly how serious, the American Express Company had gotten to know very rapidly, and increasingly strident and panic-stricken demands on of it's debt-collection department were only silenced by the unexpected demolition of the entire planet by Vogons, to make way for a new hyperspace bypass.

Coffee toffee heath bar crunch, cookie dough, blondie, strawberry without strawberries, mint choco chip under the right circumstances. Nads Moo (vegan) mint choco chip can be like heaven on earth under the right circumstances. Talenti Caribbean Coconut, can’t forget that one I don’t really eat ice cream or sweets for that matter anymore though.
