VI based on a single picture, especially a posed one, isn't better than a slightly "educated" guess.

With that in mind, I'd guess ESFj for your mother, and ISFp for your sister.

Your father, I guess some Delta.

Yourself, perhaps ISTj.

Take all of the above with a large pinch of salt. If you can provide more pictures it's better.
