Default My secret fantasy: ILI puppy

I wish I could keep a little pet ILI puppy with me wherever I went that had big sad eyes and chunks of fur missing and a snaggle tooth. no one would think he was cute except for me and that's part of his charm. he wudn't really do much- he won't play fetch when i throw a ball, he won't bark at things, or even eat unless i shoved a bone down his throat. i'd force him to cuddle with me and that's the only time he'd kinda move and he'll move away a little but after a while he'll realize we're friends and although never initiate our cuddling, he wouldn't dislike it... maybe even like it. also, after some time he'll wake me up to make sure i get places on time and bark when i should be doing something other than what i'm actually doing. sometimes i'll force him to wear santa costumes just so i can see the look on his face that looks like he wants to kill me but he won't cuz he loves me!

if anyone knows of a dog such as this let me ASAP and i will reward you handsomely

japanese chin. and i think he's probably pretty typical of his breed, except probably smarter and bitchier. he even has the big sad eyes, though. worth looking into.

This breed is considered one of the most cat-like of the dog breeds in attitude: it is alert, intelligent, and often independent, and it uses its paws to wash its face. A companion dog, it is loving and loyal to its owner, yet some are distrustful of new people. Chins prefer familiar surroundings, and are very uncomfortable in unfamiliar areas and with new situations. They are a quiet breed, with a much deeper bark than the high-pitched yap commonly associated with many of the toy breeds and are naturally clean.

You want an Aibo*. Even though not in production any more, they can be found on eBay.

    * what you have described is a robot, not a living being.

    More of an observation.

I mean, secret fantasy or not (well, I guess, not so secret due to having been published,) the description seems to indicate a desire to possess a totally devoted slave. At that, a slave who will without fuss play whenever you want, and sit quietly in the corner otherwise. Living beings are really bad at being such slaves, being living beings and possessing at least some rudimentary free will--even dogs.

Robots, on the other hand, can always be turned off.

im sry if thats what u got from it, but i dont mean that at all really. basically its working hard for a dog's loyalty and love so that it's special. just as i work hard for it's love, it works hard to protect me from my stupid behaviors.... but yeah i def don't want to make it my slave... but in a way, aren't pets kinda slaves neway?

    Do it. I dare you.

I'd like a big, fierce dog that will curl up and keep my feet warm while I'm on my computer. It should entertain me by barking and growling and biting me.... and trying to seem like it'll tear into me.. But all I need do is raise an eyebrow quizzically and it'll stop and get this cute sheepish look on its face. Do you know of such a dog, liveandletlive?

OMG. I was horrified by what she did to that sweet dog. It seemed like it was dead. That was outright abuse if you ask me. And the dog was sort of grumpy about all that Fe Si stuff, they might have conflicting relations going on..
