And there are other forum members who have been in other countries as well as the US who could add to it. I have not been in other countries, but I totally agree with your observations of the US school system.

a.) i love german. theodosis, don't give the german speaking people a bad rep because you are angry about something and because americans don't have the german keyboard to use. there is no reason to be mean about something so mundane.
b.)i have been to many other countries and taught in the austrian school system, so i would also be interested to hear sychophant's ideas on the school system of americans. don't worry about offending anyone. if they do get offended, tell them not to read it. write a little disclaimer or something.

As for McNew, I know that's one thing that a lot of people on here aren't argeeing with, and that's fine. Belive me, I've thought about it a lot, and considered being wrong because of how much others have been oppossed to it. There is still a lot I'd like to say about McNew's type here, but I won't because I don't want this to grow into a huge debate again (or do we?). Plus, I don't think he'd like it for people to turn another thread into a "What's his type" like I did with implied when she thought she was ENFp (but the two of us are cool now).
But the one thing that I'd like to say here to the people who don't think McNew seems like an INFp is, does he really seem like the other ENTps either? Compare him to someone like Waddlesworth or discojoe and think about it. Also, keep in mind that awhile ago Icepick was fighting against me being an ISTp because he didn't think we were the same type, and we do seem very different (subtypes?). I have been told a couple times that I just don't seem like most ISTps, yet things like that can happen, and it's possible that McNew just doesn't come off as most INFps but he's one of those weird ones like me who can only fit into that type.
I think most people here are lying to themselves about their type. They have overstudied type theory and are getting confused about their real types. This is quite common in "P"'s. They never seem to settle for anything, even their personality...
My 2 cents on people's real types:
McNew: most probably INFp
FDG, Dynamicism : both ENTp's (they also both thought they were ENTp's when they got into type)
Rocky: an ExTp (thought he was an ENTp too)
Joy: ENFp
Expat: INTp (I find the recent conversion surprising considering the major criticism I heard from him on ENTj's)

As for FDG, I thought he was ENTj, but I guess ENTp is a possibility. Remember that he agreed with a lot in the ENTj functional anaylisis and the socionics profile (the one that you wrote?).
I also don't believe Joy to be an ENFp. I thought that in the past, but she is ENTp, not ENFp. I think she is in the same boat as Gilligan, people accusing () her of being a feeler when she actually thinks like a cold, logical type underneath. Again, like Gilligan, she doesn't seem to show much Fi at all.
As for me?First, I'd like to say that the only Quadra I seem to fit in is the Delta (that, and the inter-type relationships). The descriptopn of the Delta fits me perfectly, and I feel comfortable around them. I also know that I am not an extravert. What I've learned is that introversion is like "constant reflection", and that is what I do. Jung wrote that the Introverted Sensing types view the outside world like a "comdey", which was surpirsingly accurate in my case. Actually, the whole description of the Introverted Sensing type from Jung was dead on. Niether the Extraverted Sensing nor Extraverted Intuitive types describded me well at all. BTW, if you ask Pedro-the-Lion, he would say that there is no way I have Ti in my Ego block.
Or, in the same boat.... He could just be an ENTP that doesn't come off as most ENTPs...and it's possible that McNew just doesn't come off as most INFps but he's one of those weird ones like me who can only fit into that type.
But I mean.... c'mon man..... have you ever seen that much logic in an INFP? ANd with all the little type models and things he makes.... I mean, he basicly does a lot of creative thinking about Socionics theory and then uses logic to support it and make conclusions, models, ex.

Without going into more details now, I'll just say that I think McNew is an Introvert rather than an Extravert. If he's not an INFp, then maybe INTj is a possibilty.
