i went out camping with a few ppl near the oceanfront during the 3-day weekend - this is the season for seal and sea lion mating so most of their beaches were closed with a fence, but we found a trail that let us get reeely close and take a few photos - they are playful with each other in water, but on the beach it's another story, too much climbing and stepping on each other i guess

I took this photo in Rwanda back in July of 2010 at the Volcanoes National Park. Netflix recently agreed to stream Virguna, which is a documentary about the mountain gorillas on the Uganda side of the same mountain. I'm preparing to watch it (emotionally preparing), because an experience with the gorillas is unlike anything you've ever imagined, and it rips me to pieces when I watch anything about them.
This is a photo I've been re-visiting lately as a result.
The baby was four days old. The mother was approximately 20 feet away from us as she cradled, rocked, and kissed her newborn.

Owww we've got some pretty cool photographers here
Here are some of my works.
It's hard to choose whether to draw for people or for yourself. I am trying to find a style that could appeal people of any ages without losing the core of my own style. Buti t's always hard to understand what other people like.
I sometimes hate it, Sometimes love it. I can never conform myself anyway.

all of these except the creepy face are drawings, that one is a oil painting. The cat is a color pencil portrait of my sisters cat Arthur. The one of the woman is a 'live-model' portrait drawing.

I'm not an artist. I just like taking photos.
These are not mine, just random stuff from the internet. I am bad at making art myself.

Personal artwork/photos are always more meaningful and compelling to see, even if it's not Michelangelo's David or Rembrandt's prints. For general pictures from the net we have this: http://www.the16types.info/vbulletin...ictures-Thread
Thanks, just regard my previous post as a thread reviver.

Charging my DSLR battery right now. Haven't taken photos in ages. If I have something good I'll post it.
Some pictures I had on my computer:
