I think Beverly Hofstadter and Sheldon Cooper are extinguishment types:
LIE and LII.
Sheldon's mother is ESE.
Beverly is interested in relations "having zero actual competence and being physically blind" while Sheldon is more interested in his "expression that end up just too bizarre to have desired effect"
Amy and Howard: ILE? Much more technically inclined than Sheldon.
Rajesh: ILI?

The show overall seems alpha in the jokes to me, but I'd say

Penny & Sheldon seem like they have a conflict relationship.
