UDP the estj is the one who should be allowed to cook. INxjs want to be awesome at it heck i think i am an awesome cook but the fact is i am just not. estjs are good medical students and cooks. I also think ISTps make a mean brownie.

    - I agree with you.
    - ESTjs are also somewhat big on traditional roles, IME, and according to various profiles....
    - and I know a lot of INFjs who like baking brownies (perhaps because they are simple and make everyone happy).
    - I don't have a problem with cooking
    - I make brownies too. You want some? Come on over.
    - ...being served brownies and having someone make them for you is a nice treat, regardless.
    - I've been making, stirring, and baking brownies since I was in elementary school.

    - I like eating food, so when people are happy that I am eating the food they made, well that's great for me. My INFj aunt really enjoys it when I eat up all her good meals and brownies too.

    - I am learning how to cook more and more, so I don't mind cooking or helping out in the kitchen at all.
Posts I wrote in the past contain less nuance.
If you're in this forum to learn something, be careful. Lots of misplaced toxicity.

except bionicgoat, for some reason. I laugh at almost everything he types.

and another one whose username i've forgotten.
But a couple SEIs on here drive me crazy.
thanks for the recognition Anamericancer and Blaze, I can always use the ego boost.

to tell the truth some SEIs sort of annoy me too. not quite sure how to describe it though... I think it's mostly a hyper kind of thing, gets on my nerves. FWI I really like all the ILEs I've met here. I do zone out when they get really into argueing theory, but when they throw around the silly Ne it's the bees knees as far I'm concerned... good stuff... plus it gets me going on the same stuff which I really like. I've found that when I talk to ILEs through PMs and junk here there is a little bit of distance, but they're really easy for me to talk to and get to know. There's that sort of feeling like I've known them forever can say whatever I want + they tend to know what I'm not saying or able to say as well.

<ahem> I find INFj's to be some very complex and beautiful human beings on the inside who care deeply about other human beings.

But that doesn't mean they're too good to bake me some friggin brownies

but istps' brownies are so much better.

Btw UDP i didn't mean to imply that estjs are selfish or anything for wanting brownies. Then everyone would just be horrible and deserve to die, which isn't true.

Lol i hope my infj friend doesn't see this. Amy, love your lemon bars!

My dad was like knocking on deaths door the other day and had to take him to the hospital (me and my mom) when we got there his blood pressure was crazy low, like 60/40 or something. Anyways, lung cancer sucks- he's still in there.

Mmmm.... I need to find more INFjs to make me brownies, yes.....

So. Finally, a practical use for INFjs.

You'd think I'd have learned this lesson by now - Be careful what you wish for.
Oh, to find you in dreams - mixing prior, analog, and never-beens... facts slip and turn and change with little lucidity. except the strong, permeating reality of emotion.

Yes, I will make you brownies.

It seems I have no choice in the matter. It is my purpose in life, my destiny.

I'm sure you're good at all that other stuff like music and staying true to your own identity, but the immediate problem we have that you can solve is an insufficient supply of brownies.

Now that's how you talk to an INFj. I'd be happy to make some brownies (of the legal kind!) for you, LokiV.

I've found almost every ISFp on here annoying, with the exception of bionicgoat, for some reason.

Oh, and there was someone else I liked, but I forgot their username.
But anyway, most of the recent "What's My Type" thread starters who eventually are typed ISFp have all seemed somewhat annoying to me.

I'm not sure what this means. Either:
    1. I am not ILE
    2. SEIs only come off that way on the internet
    3. Duality doesn't work for everyone.
    4. I judge people too quickly
    5. I'm in a bad mood and I feel like criticizing my dual.
    6. SEIs ARE annoying, and I was supposed to accept that, or kill them when no one notices.
    7. No one is a REAL SEI
    8. A combination of 1 and six with 2 thrown in every once in a while, divided by four.
    9. Brain Cancer of the lip
    10. Bad math.
It's quite possible that the SEI's typed here are mistyped. Also, there are people of every type who are annoying and people who are not.

When I thought I was ILE I didn't "believe in" duality because I couldn't imagine why I being with an SEI would be a good thing. They seemed boring at best, based solely on descriptions.

    Well that's good.

If we are to be talking about types destinies here, well, ESTjs are suppose to help INFjs do practical stuff, so........... (and you don't wait for them to ask you, either - because sometimes they never ask - you just do it).....

Truly, whenever I read SEI descriptions, they don't capture the true essence of an SEI at all.

We're a hell of a lot funner to be around than the descriptions give off.
