I've read Will being typed as ENFP on that show which i think is obviously wrong. I agree with ESFP, maybe even ESTP.
I agree with ifmd95 on their typings.
I can totally see myself as Uncle Phil in a couple of decades.

I imagine Carlton as more LII than LSI, but LSI is a possibility. Maybe I'm just saying that because Carlton and LII are both nerd stereotypes.
Uncle Phil makes sense as ESTj. He's definitely Fi > Fe and Si > Se. Also Se demonstrative makes sense.

I like Geoffery as IEI, but would also believe him as ILI. His snide humor does make me think Ni.

It's a sitcom, so everyone over-exaggerates their type's foibles.
- Will: SEE.
Life revolves around sex and trying to make money.
- Ashley: IEI.
Could be another passive introvert, but this type jumped out at me.
- Hilary: EIE.
Life completely revolves around gossip, status-seeking, and the approval of her friends.
- Geoffrey: ILI but IEI could work too.
I agree with the other poster about his snide and snarky humour.
- Uncle Phil: SLE.
I think he's an irrational type with strong logic and sensing. Wanted to say SLI, but there's something really solid about his presence, and he can be intimidating when he wants to be.
- Vivian: LSI.
Strong woman, not someone you can easily push around. Could be another type with strong Se, but LSI jumped out at me for some reason.
- Carlton: EIE (just a guess).
Lots of enthusiasm and elitist, status-seeking behaviour. Ni-ego because he's easy for Will to dominate. Might he be a weird, business-nerd LIE?
I can not see any other type than SEE.
