Every time I view the results of that test I crack up. It makes no sense to me at all.
I believe Cassie to be an ENFj and Thompson to be an ENTj or INTp. I am highly uncertain as to the type of the second person.
Also, try to get these people to look at the type descriptions at socionics.com if they haven't already.
