I don't really know how to put my thoughts into words without writing an essay. In general, though, the theme is often the same: screwed up person, suffering a lot, lost, hurting, lack of positive support, negative thought patterns, depression, darkness... etc. ... takes their own life. What's not to feel for?

So what, even if you're strong, there's no reason to call others weak and pathetic, but more reasons to try and protect them (if you're stronger, you've got an excess of strenght that can be channeled into helping others over being boastful on internet forums).

How can you not care? I just have this ability to sympathize with people, I don't know where it's from, maybe it's the SF temperament, because my ISFj mom says the same.

I feel that the immediate family are very important, more important than any other, but I feel a need to help other people with their troubles, which means caring about their concerns.
