How can you not know what MBTI type you are attracted to?
I would never want to be around a female variation of me. She would not be very feminine at all, and there would be very little attraction, other than physical.
I/E? Quiet, reserved girls are much more intriguing than the louder or more open types. Maybe it is a Fi thing, too, because they seem to have less, but more important, friends - and I would want to be one of those friends that is important to someone. Not just some passerby type. And I like digging and exploring people. Quiet girls are also more relaxing, and that is something I prefer, rather than a very energetic partner.
N/S? This is probably the most difficult dichotomy, if there is one. Why intuitive though? Because they just seem more ...... in need of protection. More sprite-like, more ephemeral, more delicate. NFs, in particular, have a certain quality to them.
F/J? F type, no doubt about it. Other than physically, I am not very attracted to T women. No chemistry
J/P? J. It should be quite obvious as to why I prefer J, and why I prefer socionics rationality. It is just more sane to me.

Basically, I like myself as I am. You could say I'm attracted to myself, or that - better - because I'm content with myself, I could easily live with another of me.How can you not know what MBTI type you are attracted to?

Nah. Anyway not in the most famous text, chapter X of "Psychological Types". If someone can give evidence that he does mention that I'd be very interested, but even in that case, that's certainly not his main focus, not by a very, very long shot. I think that the clearest broad statement he makes is that EJs are inclined to see IPs as underachievers.
This thing that "messiness" or "disorganized in daily affairs" is a broad "P" characteristic is, I think, Isabel Myers's invention.
