Default ESTj (Te) + INFj (Fi) - a reserved couple

How would you describe this couple? Do you know any?

I only know one real delta rational dual couple, and she might be Fi and he might be Si or Te or no subtype. They definitely have a subtleness about them.
What I am commenting on is a faulty paradigm that there are two parts to each couple - the very reserved I type, and the very outgoing and talkative E type. It seems in this situation there would be a mutual reticence....

In ER, there was a fictional couple which consisted of Samantha and Luka... (LSE and EII) They were duals which couldn't connect each other because of communication problems. In fact, Samantha accused Luka to be passive-aggressive.

Courage, wasn't that girl in the photo with you an EII?

Why don't you get with her?

The EII listens attentively to the LSE rambling stories that go nowhere and which bore absolutely every other type.

The SLI saves the IEE from his/her stupidity.

The couples are "reserved". This is true, however "cold" may be a more apt description than "reserved" for people who do not value .

    Something against IEEs and LSEs?

Have you considered straight out asking her? If she's EII, I think she would be honest with you, even if it's a 'I value your friendship, but that's all I see' type scenario. But what am I saying? I hate giving advice I don't follow myself.

This thread is not going to be about me discussing my relationships.

You of course can speculate all you want, if you'd rather not address the opening post.

    -sigh- I wish!

My INFj-Fi grandpa had a lifelong marriage with my ESFj-Fe grandma and I think that was relatively good, although there was conflict.

His son, my ESTj-Te uncle married his supervisee, an ISFp-Si and I always wish he had found an INFj-Fi. I don’t even like some of the EII-Fi women I’ve met, but that marriage has truly brought out the worst in him through constant competition and I know he would be more mentally stable if he had found a dual wife.

ESTj-Tes are such boiling pots of energy and activity that all they need is someone who will cool them down and love them beyond their intensity. INFj-Fis are very tolerant and faithful to those they love. The ESTj-Te wants to be the head of a certain space, whether at home, school, or work, and the INFj-Fi will not constantly fight for relevance but rather support them and provide relational stability.
