I don't think (male) INTp's usually are that way ...it depends. You probably have been just unlucky with the INTp(s), you have met.

I've witnessed this. Not sure how to get past it though. Maybe an SEE should just be like "you're mine now" and then that's that?

Yeah that's the "depends"-part It might happen more often in practice than I think it would. But I think that's more circumstancial than the INTp's "goal in life".

Maybe an SEE should just be like "you're mine now" and then that's that?

idk, i don't like limiting anyone in anything they want to do. I feel like the only time i would be able to be like "you're mine" is if i saw it happening right in front of my face at a party or something and then fighting her. lol

I've felt attracted to ESTj and ISTp mostly.

I've had relationships with INTp, and I felt way too comfortable for a while. But once she started playing the victim/insecure role (probing attitude), things started to get really bad. I think it's stressful for me to be around Ni people.

I have an ISFp friend and while we are very comfortable around each other, I don't like a person like her as a romantic partner. Our interests revolve around Si mostly and anything outside it is conflict and misunderstanding.
