I think it is a matter of perspective ... ISFjs annoy the hell out of me, so I stay away from them. Plus, they seem to intentionally appear ethically above others at times, which I think distorts peoples opinions of them.

i dont think i know any ISFjs so i will reserve judgment. From the standard description it seems like they are somewhat more dependent on norms than other types, and if the action is done because it is normal i don't think that is naughty. That's why I didn't vote for them.
