It's the best I've seen so far, I suppose. I don't think it will work though. Other than the fact that testing is useless to begin with, the chances of gender related bias is too great.

• I need my friend/partner to be confident in and responsible for the emotional/relationship related aspects of our friendship/relationship.
  
• I am confident in and comfortable assuming the responsibilities for the emotional/relationship related aspects of my friendships/relationships.

I know, it's repetitive and not easy enough to read. I think it gets the general idea across though.
