I 'll read your entire work tomorrow. It's too late now
But the Analyst is brilliant
Where did you got those pictures from?
I have picked out photos to represent the types from http://www.istockphoto.com/, I will purchase them later when I have a complete book written.

You are actually serious with that book of yours. I thought you were joking
Do you plan to do this with all the types? If so, then it is very impressive. When I have more time I'll try to read through all of them... nice work.
An analyst never jokes about their work intentionally :wink:Originally Posted by gugu_ baba

yes, it just takes a lot of time, effort and inspiration and since i'm serious about publishing a book because i believe this information has value, i may not share it all for free since then i'm literally saying it's worthless.Originally Posted by Rocky

ok.. I STRONGLY disagree with your definition of as the 7th function.
why and how?

Sharing something doesn't neccessarily devalue its worth.

true, i should consider it like the rules of beta software until it goes GOLD.

Well, you gave the impression that Se only comes out with the use of drugs or alchohol... and I find that rather disgusting.Originally Posted by snowyc

Introversion is about understanding things. Introverts must understand something with their base function FIRST before they act on it. It's the same with Se and Si. First, Si must gain a personal understanding of the world around it... it has to observe it and take it in. Si tries to find it's connection to the world. Once it's gained it's own understanding of the world and the senses, then it can act it, in the form of Se. Se comes out naturally, instictively, after you have used your Si throughly. It's a cause and effect. Sure, alchohol may inhibit Si types (alchohol inhibits EVERYBODY)... but it's only a catalyst, not the natural form.
true true true, it's my sickest piece of writing yet hehe

Liked it; made a lot of sense. Entp polr was insightful; I hadn't seen it explained that way before.
You may be a little bit hard on esfj's, but I'll have to think more about why I have this impression.
I need to understand better how functions are influenced by expression - this helps.

Thanks, I used an example of a time I had a dual relation with a male enthusiast to highlight how on the bright side we see the use of their Fe but on the dark side this was one twisted individual who manipulated my emotions as a friend, conned me into trusting him and essentially broke my mind and heart when i got suckered into going along for this ride.Originally Posted by Blaze
I think it's an example mainly of how someone who's never experienced duality naturally becomes quite twisted and basically gives up on ever finding "true love" a bit like why duality is harder to find the older we get. Also i have always considered that the analyst is a minority where enthusiast are not and for a male enthusiast to find a female analyst would be very difficult indeed in my opinion.
In the case of this person, drugs have become the substitute for ever finding love. Quite pitiful really!

I guess I wouldn't use this example in your description, since it's fairly specific and may not represent the majority of esfj's.
Normally this type wouldn't hurt a flea!
Can you think of other esfj's where your relationship was more neutral?

Yes! On the other hand i have a best friend i've known since i was 16 who i obviously later discovered (about 5 years later) that he was in fact a male enthusiast hence a duality relation.
In this case, i cannot explain it but without a doubt he would be my "best man " if i ever got married since nobody else connects with me like that and it's all positive despite a relationship problem we had that we both had to 'get over' which only served to strengthen the bond.
The relationship now is more of one where he and I both go about our own lives although there's always an inkling in the back of the mind to meet up say once a month (if not more) to discuss the latest happenings in eachother's lives. As i've discovered, reflection is an important part of a relationship and a natural way of coping with life.
