yes, but you can manage your heartrate, even in difficult situations, with cardiovascular excercise. 80 is high for someone your age, yes. i think women are a few beats higher than men on average. just do what i say and you'll thank me later. TRY at least.

all organs are important but the heart is president with the brain being the people or something. take care of it. i think it is worth fussing over because heart problems are miserable, and jessica seems hellbent on ignoring her health for simple pleasures. but honestly, being in good health will make life more pleasurable overall.

    well i think so

and so does science. two trustworthy sources.

Hehe yeah hes pretty rad. Jessica doesn't deserve too much punishment tho as ive seen pictures and shes quite thin. She also does go to the gym so i would say thats better than 90% of people.

Two girls at my Gym yesterday

Girl 1: Shes already jogging on the treadmill when i get there. Im jogging next to her kind of thinking "lets see what shes got". So i jogged for about 3.5k's in 20 mins and felt pretty hosed. She keeps on going at the same pace. I spend 10 mins on rowing machine and 10 on the arms machine, shes till going. 20 mins on bikes and about at 15th minute shes got up and walked off. So shes done like an hour long jog, she must have ran like 10k's or something.. Oh and i see her do this every wednesday (at least).

Girl 2: Hops on the bikes when im on the rowing machine. Puts the bike up to level 12. Does that for about 20 mins. I tried level 12 and i felt like my brittle bones were going to snap.

I feel like less of a man now lol.

well, external body appearances can be some indication of health but generally it is a poor measurement of a person's health.

running is good. i think cycling or elliptical is much better is you desire cardiovascular fitness because of the lack of impact. but running is charming to me becasue it is the most natural sport. anyone can do it, and anywhere.

I did weights today. My god man after bench pressing i was really in pain. nearly chucked . I had like lactic acid in my chest or something eek. An ESTp personal trainer suggested my nervous system needs to get used to the weights.

Im sorry for the thread hijacking ISTps. The only problem is we have conficting ideas. You dont want to be ISTp's but i want you to be

Damn, reading heath's posts really makes me want him as a personal trainer of some sort. I really really need help with all the kinds of stuff he is good at, and is knowledgeable about. Gah, sometimes I am not sure if I really need as much as

And yet you are attracted to ENTps extensively.
Posts I wrote in the past contain less nuance.

Yeah, that's probably very true. However, I still think you should write all your notes on staying healthy down somewhere, post it and let me read it

Just think that the heart is a muscle, so the more you use it, the more easily it is fatigued, and the more easily deteriorates.

You mean that happens when you try to be healthy and have a lower rest rate? That's sad.

No, I never meant to imply that, but I was (over)training really a lot during that month (I didn't have a girlfriend back then so the lack of sex drive wasn't an issue). Basically 5 hours a day 7 days a week, only endurance - which is testified has having a reductive effect on free testosterone levels.

When done in moderation, there's definitely an improvement of that parameter, too.

Well being a socionics girl you know the answer. ENFp's are awesome at sex. I try to get into a girls mind as well as her body.

That makes a lot of sense, you being sensors who can enjoy sensations more. Im built to actually make the other person feel good though, it gives me no better pleasure to see someone delighted like that. ISTp = think like a guy about sex, ENFp = think like a girl about sex. I think about sex as a bonding and fun experience.

A perfect example of this is an ISTp ive been recently introduced to. Shes quite beautiful and smart and we both seem to like each other. Problem is one of my best friends was having casual sex with her. That stopped now but that seems to have ruined it for me. I know i should see sex as just some need to procreate and have fun. Unfortunately every time i think of them using each others bodies as play toys it just arouses negative emotions. Im going to keep hunting.
