Default Alpha and concern for improving the community

Any thoughts? I know a rather altruistic ESFj... very involved in non-profit organizations that he believes in. How do ISFps tend to feel about service to the community? How to Alpha NTs feel about being with someone who cares about the community and whatnot?

I relate to Joy's post. I'm not alpha, of course. But I do know numerous alphas who are as such.
Posts I wrote in the past contain less nuance.
If you're in this forum to learn something, be careful. Lots of misplaced toxicity.

~an extraverted consciousness is unable to believe in invisible forces.
~a certain mysterious power that may prove terribly fascinating to the extraverted man, for it touches his unconscious.

my sister-in-law (who is ISFp or possibly INFp) is like this. she's involved in a lot of non-profit orgs, she winds up volunteering a lot of time at an animal shelter taking care of the animals.
