The fact is that she is not a child and he is not a rapist. And I would disagree that rape is natural and functional for anyone. In order for it to be functional it would have to work - or function - for the people involved, and if there is a victim that obviously isn't the case.

I don't get the impression that she strives to look or act like a child. She seems infantile but could very well be her natural state.
It ain't what you don't know that gets you into trouble. It's what you know for sure that just ain't so.

It is my impression that I do not really understand what you are trying to say in light of the point I was trying to make and therefore I cannot respond adequately to this.

There are no objective facts to draw on about this issue and our impressions are subjective.

    It has not .
Nevertheless I think the thread has branched into a topic that has no direct relevance to the original and I was somewhat reluctant to continue except that it is astralsilky's thread and he/she seemed to have participated in the direction it had taken. It is not that realistic to expect that threads will not deviate in a forum.

To remedy this "problem" Sentineneve, perhaps you would like to post something on celebrity INFjs?

Unfortunately, I am unable to discuss INFj's. I'm still a novice, especially when it comes to VI. I think I need to rely on you to rerail the thread!

That was my first thought as well. I find women who behave like little children very difficult to be around...something about them justs seems dysfunctional and not very natural.
Hmm is that an infantile thing?

Anyway, IMO different behaviors are natural and functional for different people.
Agreed. Consider all the different types of humor which exist in the world. Consider the variety of ways by which people claim to have fun. (Within reason, here, please. I'm talking innocent humor and fun.) Obviously, not everyone has the same style. Not everyone is amused / able to enjoy life / relax / release tension quite the same way. Etc.
    Rape is natural and functional for a lot of rapists {...}
This (EXTRA) slippery slope was anticipated, hence my original disclaimer highlighted above in bold.

The way in which this thread has derailed is completely bizarre.

I saw her picture on the cover of a magazine quite recently and I thought she seemed like the sort of person I would find highly annoying in real life and just generally have a horrible clash with. There is just something about her face and expression that provokes a feeling of dislike in me and she strikes me as rather childish seeming too. I do believe that she is an INFj however.

Agree with you completely. Thought that for awhile. Almost looks identical to an INFj I went on a date with too.

    Simone Weil - EII ???

I feel I relate to much of her ideas, but maybe she is infp or intp. . . not sure. Must do more research. . . Does anyone else here know anything about her that could help clarify type?

    My celebrity gallery of INFJs:
Socionic types of famous people: INFJ

    P. S. If some ESTJs will have a look at gallery and saw these men in movies/tv-shows (photos only is a few factor, in common), I'd like to know what feelings/thoughts they have gotten from them: sympathy/antipathy, peace/anxiety, and maybe other.

Marcus Aurelius as INFj seems very plausible to me. INFjs are probably the only type I can usually tell , from their writing alone

I wonder if Rainer Maria Rilke was INFj as well
    INTJ [mbti]
    INTp [socionics]

A human being should be able to change a diaper, plan an invasion, butcher a hog, conn a ship, design a building, write a sonnet, balance accounts, build a wall, set a bone, comfort the dying, take orders, give orders, cooperate, act alone, solve equations, analyze a new problem, pitch manure, program a computer, cook a tasty meal, fight efficiently, die gallantly. Specialization is for insects.

Aside my usual idiocy, I wanna add :

As a response to Christy B, yes, I think VVG is INFJ. Ive read some writing he done about goals, it sounded really nearby.
However, Dostoievsky should be the only healthy INFJ seemingly. Ive sometime even hard time to type him as this type.

Xénophon is perhaps INFJ. More studies needed ^^

    100% EII

    EDIT: Dominant subtype

The decisive thing is not the reality of the object, but the reality of the subjective factor, i.e. the primordial images, which in their totality represent a psychic mirror-world. It is a mirror, however, with the peculiar capacity of representing the present contents of consciousness not in their known and customary form but in a certain sense sub specie aeternitatis, somewhat as a million-year old consciousness might see them.

what do you mean? Do you mean you are like Ebba Witt-Brattström? She is EII. I've watched lots of videos with her and I understand Swedish.

She is Dominant subtype so can be mistaken for EJ type.
