Tattoos!
How many of you guys have tattoos? If so post a photo!

And what meaning, if any, does it have? How long have you had it, etc etc
Mine is a phoenix, which I feel represents how I like to live my life. Bad shit happens and sometimes I burn to death, but I am born again, stronger. The phoenix never gives up.I've had it for about a year now.

I have a tattoo, but I don't have a picture of it. It's a small shamrock. Have you ever seen Lucky brand jeans? When you open the fly it says "Lucky You".... it's the same idea. my tattoo is just a little inside from my hip bone. Interestingly, the shamrock also symbolizes fidelity, which is very appropriate for me. I also have this personal motta about luck.... "fortune favors the bold, luck is created, life is what you make it, etc." LOL
So my tattoo rarely sees sunlight. Most swim suits even cover it up. Some have asked what they point was in getting it if I never show anyone... of course, my answer is "same as my piercings...."
Yep, tattoos can be hot, but piercings are SUPER HOT. I LOVE piercings! I've had 12.... THe thing about tattoos is that they are sooo much more of a commitment. That's why my tattoo is in such an inconspicuous place. I would probably never get a tattoo that I couldn't cover up with a strapless gown.
i don't have pictures yet, but maybe when i get bored, i can put them up soon. i have two tattoos and i think i am going to get a third one this weekend! i am super excited.
first, i have the pisces symbol on my lower back. it kinda looks like an H which also represents my last name. it's in black and i got it as a freshman at college with my best friend "dudeins".
second, i have my sister and my initials on the bottom of my left wrist. there's a t, m, and h and she came up with the design. it's pretty small which is good so i can cover it up with a thick bracelet or watch. i got this last year in black as well.
soon to come, an edelweiss which is the austrian national flower. i am austrian and spent the past semester studying abroad there which was sooo much fun! but i wanted to have something that symbolizes that journey and growth. pretty sure i am going to get it done this weekend in color! i'm soo eixcted. oh, that will be going a little above the bra strap i think on my back. so like middle back?

I'd like to get my tattoo touched up and add "audaces fortuna juvat" to it. Any text I have tattooed on my body has to be latin, and I can't stand it when people get other people's names tattooed on them, particulaly when it's a lover.

I've never found tattoos to be attractive and I've never had any desire to get one but that's just me. I also don't like the idea that once its there, its always there.

I finally got a pic of my tattoo.

My new tattoo. It's on the left side of my torso.
I'm very happy with it. The shine is just the cream. It's healed fantastically, with no scabs, redness or even an itch.

Yeah, I thought about this a lot.
My thinking is that my life is almost completely orientated around cinema. It's my passion and my life is so heavily involved with it through studying, writing and directing that it just seemed to make sense.

guys use tattoos on girls backs for targets to shoot their load at when doing them doggystyle. Peter North was a Ron Jeremy era porn star known for being a distance shooter with his load.I tell no one.

Maybe I'm being too simplistic, or perhaps too highbrow, but it appears to be a maze. One way in and one way out. A complex weave of dead ends and wrong choices where only one path will lead you out.

tattoos are becoming highly fashionable with the 16-19 year old crowd. i live in a college town and i see more high school kids with piercings and tattoos than college youth. i think it's just a fad, like emo, but not as regrettable.
by the way: herzy that is a great tattoo! i really like it.
