    Default Introverted kindness

I was thinking how I often feel strongly about taking great pains not to harm someone rather than reparative actions for an (unintentional) harm done to someone.

In a similar vein I am very sensitive to respect others' personal space and do not want to make unwarranted demands on them. Likewise I expect the same treatment in return towards my privacy..

what do you guys think? Do you think one ethical direction is more important than another? Which do you value more, practice more, have more resonance with?

Binary or dichotomous systems, although regulated by a principle, are among the most artificial arrangements that have ever been invented. -- William Swainson, A Treatise on the Geography and Classification of Animals (1835)
