    Default Bear Grylls

I love this guy. He's a sort of Houdini-version of an outdoorsman.

I'm thinking ENFj? He seems to have a Si-PoLR, and doesn't seems to be on an identical vibe with O'Brien, who is probably ENTj.

ENFJ, yeah I could see that.

In any event, it's refereshing to see a guy eat a raw fish. That is sushi in its purest form.

I think he could be an LIE. Alternatively SEE.

    Here's a wiki on him.

Of those, I think SEE is more likely than LIE. Se>Si is obvious, at least.

    So, what's the consensus?

As we reach for the stars, we must put away childish things; gods, spirits and other phantasms of the brain. Reality is cruel and unforgiving, yet we must steel ourselves and secure the survival of our race through the unflinching pursuit of science and technology.

ISTj, probably Se subtype, because he seems very dynamic/mobile rather than "stiff"

Wilderness survival is basically heaven for TeSi. It puts their practical thinking skills under the ultimate test, while also giving their Si creative a huge play ground with the various ways the can collect food and make shelter. The idea of having to survive in the wilderness also holds a good amount of novelty (Ne) to it. Looking at Bear himself I'm not really seeing any rough, abrasive Se qualities, and I highly doubt he is anything other then an ST. My vote goes for LSE.

    Meh, I'm sold.

The only part that puzzles is...is it certain Se appears abrasive? If everyone agrees then I'm all for it.

Perhaps to Se-non-valuers it appears abrasive, but for whatever reasons, purely anecdotally, I often don't find it abrasive in LSIs and SEEs.

At least some LSIs will forward a fairly smooth, calm persona, but flare up harshly, and unless you know them pretty well or see them at a vulnerable moment you might not witness the flare-ups.

I know less about SEEs despite a lot of exposure to some, but it takes a long time for me to notice anything abrasive, maybe because the ones I've known are pretty socially adept.
LSI: “I still can’t figure out Pinterest.”

Me: “It’s just, like, idea boards.”

    LSI: “I don’t have ideas.”
