You sound Delta.....
or
like you are becoming more sane about the awareness of being physical and being outside, and perhaps reading too much CPU screen.
PUSHUPS!
JOGS / WALKING!
Or get other people to go with you and do stuff
etc
yeah but seasonal affective disorder runs in the family and i think it may be related to that

i don't know if that is strictly delegated to delta types though? like my ENFj sister is a workoutaholic. she cannot be without that and it is highly necessary to her. she just happens to be :Fe:-dramatic too which makes for not awesome relations with ISTps. but she loves her workouts. i don't know if she is doing them for the long term health reasons or because they are an addictive sort of habit, but she does them regardless.
i do this, too. my mom hates it, kind of (like "quit bouncing around! god you need to get out!" i am not actually aware that i need to get moving to get my brain working, but it happens that way somehow.)Quote:

the colder the better! when it's cold you have to go down hills high speek biking/skiing so that you freeze. it's no fun when it's hot. when it's hot you lay on the beach looking at girls/guys.
do you happen to have a room that has some empty space where to dance? very hard dancing is definitely the best workout
i'm more likely to be doing something if its with other people
ultimate frisbee, soccer
riding bikes is fun too
same here.Quote:

like i relate with what diana says about getting (and keeping) your brain moving through physical activity.
edit: nevermind. i am not getting her to join a gym with me because it is goddamned impossible for us to be in the same room as eachother without ripping eachother's hair out.
entjs definitely need a lot of physical exertion, but how do other gamma types compare?
I'm an ILI and I can do nothing for hours. Like I probably unconsciously reduce the time of rote tasks in my day just so I can day-dream more. That said, I frequently feel the need to exercise, run, workout, or what have you, but I refuse to start unless I can make sure I can do it at scheduled time and that it will turn into a habit.
