He seems too confrontational to be INTj. Beta or Delta ST > Alpha > anything else, imo.

Joy - please - don't take one of the few non-crazy example of INTjs around here, and turn him into an ISTj just because he is not as crazy as tcaudlling. INTj it is.
UDP isn't crazy, and I've known non-crazy INTjs irl, too. Crazy has nothing to do with it. I believe confrontational and argumentative is what I was referring to specifically, though there is more to one's type that that.
You think UDP isn't confrontational? He seems to be much more...passively confrontational than thehoteambush. He does not strike me as confrontantial but just as a reasonable debater.Quote:

i see nothing to suggest that hotealmbush's initial typing is incorrect. i disagree that INTjs cannot be strongly argumentative.
I've seen an INTj behave argumentatively with a couple of people that he particularly disliked, in a rather passive tone.

Why do you like to argue? Why do you enjoy confrontation?
I have been getting an INTp vibe because you do seem more assertive and (openly) confrontational than most INTjs I know. But then, come to think of it, they can go all Se when they feel strongly about something, so never mind. I could perhaps see INTp, but I couldn't really make an argument against INTj. I do share Joy's impression though.
I like argument and confrontation, at least when it's impersonal. Why shouldn't my mirror? Weak, weak argument.

WHAT? Don't use those words on me.Quote:

I do not appreciate being called "passive-aggressive". because that implies that I'm afraid to speak up or state my dislikings about something. That is not me at all. http://www.answers.com/main/ntquery?...ressive&gwp=16
Now that sounds alpha and intj to me.Quote:

He seems like a Paranoid Android who doesn't know when to stop. I think INTjs can be highly confrontational when they think someone isn't being sincere or
is being purposedly idiotic.

INTjs avoid conflict in the form of impersonal arguments? Are you kidding?
Se polr is not necessarily directly associated with anti-confrontational. particularly for an accepting subtype.
i really don't see where this non-confrontational thing with respect to LIIs is coming from.

I think :Se: style humour picks out someone's weak point that the person will obviously find offensive or insecure about - e.g. a mole on their face. :Ne: humour is more general + seemingly harmless (to me at least) - it would point out a flaw in someone's reasoning while deliberately making a flaw in their own, or making someone feel comfortable by saying 'you think that's bad, wait until you hear what I did...'. A INTj style humour passes a ESFp by - they can't understand why people would do that, or tell the difference between reality + fiction.
It's not supposed to be an argument. It was a subjective observation. If you want to respond, either agree or disagree.Quote:
