Paul Graham is one of the founders of Viaweb and the author of Hackers and Painters, as well as On Lisp--IMO the greatest programming text ever written. He writes a lot about programming (Lisp in particular), startups, and high school life, His website, http://www.paulgraham.com has tons of great essays. (Try Why Nerds are Unpopular or What You Can't Say, or Beating the Averages if you're feeling adventurous) I've read all of them, and I think they give a lot of insight into his personality. Any ideas?
