Ni and Increased tendency for clinical depression

The first therapists and counselors of our world had not training, and yet they counseled people. They were the sensitive, reflective people and ones recognizing of pattern, most likely Ni base and Fi.. EII and IEI.

Sure, there is more known today, but at root still, they had use their own foresight and reflection to counsel.

IEI’s probably comprised the first making of psychotherapists.. interestingly enough, all the major founders of psychotherapy have been Ni bases.. Stanley Hall, Carl jung.. Sigmuend I do not much know about, but he probably would be Ni too, eh

Marsha Linehan probably is an IEI, though she does exemplify some Dleta values, i think her self-psychotherapy made her more that way. And living in Zen monastery to undergo zen mastery training.. there was no treatment for her otherwise symptoms, so she had to try it, she did not necessarily value it, but she came to.

The best way to handle abuse is to not let it control you do not let haphazard emotions run free forced by what's happening. It's to choose how you want to feel and if you can't then slowly and deliberately undo and control your reactions. Stop having ur thoughts run everywhere and only focus on one thing one goal and achieve it. Your first job is to not care what happens to you, remove frustration out of the equation. No what ifs like how hard ur life's gonna be without a leg or what if you die you don't want to die, BEFORE you figure out how to not be emotioanlly affected. You don't care. It doesn't help you now. Your goal is in the now. Question and understand what's happening. No reacting. Just perception and analysis. Then what you should do is figure out how to react, what will happen if you react in certain ways, and what is the desirable way with the desirable outcome. That's the psychopathic mindset. It's why they are immune to trauma. My whole deal was to figure out how to not be tortured mentally no matter what happens to me.

Also arrogance/delusions. If you believe urself to be stronger than the abuse unqestionably. To be able to face anything and everything of the most severe. If you ask for it and laugh at it, if you see yourself doing it and overcoming it. It doesn't scare you anymore. Because you win even if it kills you, if you believe in yourself.

It's funny that I've meet the same problem with Alpha. We have different point of view about family issues. An alpha (LII) said, kind of "if you can't fix your family problems, those problem will follow you any where, it can happen again with the new people you meet". My take is more simple: if you can't stand your family, then quit, don't bla bla bla too much.

I never understand why they try to fix their family problems so much, only to see it getting worse over time. When they cant take it anymore and share these problem to me, and I offer them some Te-Se advices, and they think these advices are ruthless (yes they are). But it's just really annoys when you hear them talk about the same problem again and again without any significant change - it make my Te-Se so piss.
