To put it in empirical context: a person who can not properly establish him/herself volitionally while adjusting to social cues. Meet your run of the mill gamma NT's. I think alpha NT's are closer to cluster A PD's.

My mum used to think I was autistic but she thinks everyone who isn't like her is. Maybe it's just being Ni. Actual autism is a bit different, though I suppose it's not entirely wrong to say that Ni can show certain traits of autism, but not enough to be equivalent to actual autism. You could argue the same for stuff like Ti. Dissociation is not the first thing I think of when I think of autism. I do it a lot, but I'm not autistic.

I wont say Ni is the polar opposit of autism, but it's close enough. People who don't know shit about autism should not throw out those lables so readily. They are only making themselves look like shitheads and encourage misinformation.

By that I'm illustrating what they mean when they say "knowledge is power" to the ones not knowing slapping a faulty label on something in order to devalue them is wielding power. Make sure that you always know the facts before backing down to someones criticism.

No, honestly though, I was thinking someone I knew with autism was IEI actually :shrug: I didn't really correlate it to the type just... that happens to be his likely typing. I've always been curious when into MBTI how a lot of people with autism would type, particularly on the S/N front. Interesting topic... I actually knew a self-proclaimed SEI with autism too. I'm not sure if he typed himself correctly though.

I would correlate Ni with psychosis more as well based on what I know about Ni, but the prospect of it being related to ASD is interesting

I've also seen plenty of cases of co-morbid ASD and a psychotic disorder...

Thank you, Policeman. I am tired of the notion all criminality is beta-related. Matter of fact, there are far more Beta trying reform of society, probably than any other quadra, due to delta NF's slagging in the Se for action. It is true, beta types may be more prone for crime of passion and of impulse, but the leaders of today who run the world ironically, are mostly Te/Fi.

For me, it is you know when you are more expressive than most people, to where they condemn you for it if they are not the same level of expressive as you are (also Beta). Also, not being conflict-avoidant to things like drama and aggression.

Well the two types with that combination seem to maintain (often secretly) that they hold the moral high ground, but unfortunately can also be rather myopic. I’m reassessing some relationships with some gammas atm. (SEE and ILI) I want them in my life but I can’t help but feel appalled at them for not being better friends. They were a big part of my life for a long time but I don’t think they ever truly had much respect for me. If I want to I can probably forgive them because I never used to see them this way. But it will take a bit of time and they need to get used to the new, more self-assured me :)

The last time I dated another beta (my identical actually) we sometimes RP'd over text and would describe hugging in relatively violent ways like *crushes your body into mine* or *strangles you in my arms*.
