Oh boy, I loved the Saiki series! Waiting for season 3 now...
I think many slice-of-life and comedies fit Alpha (Saiki Kusuo no Psi-Nan is a great example). Shounen, adventure and sports anime fit Beta. Psychological, thriller and horror for Gamma (Monster comes to mind https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8NSUL0BY-yM). Romance and historical for Delta (Taishou Otome Otogibanashi comes to mind, a serious romance manga set in post-WW1 Japan). Some works can't really fit into any one quadra, but could be linked to information elements. Kaiba (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KFI_Fl1sRWg) for instance, seems very Ni, it's very abstract and leaves a lot to interpretation, but it's also full of hidden meanings and can be interpreted as a critique of modern society. It's really good and I highly recommend it.

Partially watched: Attack on Titan, Death Note, Pokémon, Avatar
Tried to watch way back but it wasn't on Netflix: Black Butler, Fullmetal Alchemist (@Theoria's suggestion)
That's barely anything and my anime viewing will probably stay barely anything, but type me anyways because it's better than being VIed by the KGB (I've already been VIed by not the KGB though.)

Alpha -- at least the NTs.
The SHAFT studio in general has an Alpha vibe, I think.
Sorry for the lack of embededness.
Ed is here, though perhaps less noticably Alpha without the lyrics:
