Hello hello! I was a bit creative and crafted a whimsical quiz to determine your instinct stacking. Some very kind members pre-tested it several times :oops: Thanks a million for the feedback and support, I love you a lot.

Interesting test.

The questions are too obvious and is very easy to score what you want (not necessarily conciously). The more creative ones are the ones where you have to choose from a set of images.

Nevertheless, the test worked for me.

Tests aren´t normally meant for people who know the theory very well though, they are usually able to identify their little box on their own.

I don't really care. No prefrence. This is totally neutral maybe because I am not convinced of this addon. I find it bit too limited because it is on most cases forced choice between 3 and I want more.

Got Sx/Sp. Would self-type So/Sx, for whatever that's worth. Seems like a decent quiz :thumbsup:

In the question about choosing between lists, the list which contains the highest number of your interests, the list with things like taboos contains the word 'seduction' twice. :)

Thank you :love: It works best to pick the first impulse, the one that appeared striking to you. At best, the first that caught your attention. If you're familiar with their other works, stick to what was presented in the question.

My social science professor has the same concerns. On the one hand, you want good face validity, on the other, make it implicit enough to avoid choices that might not necessarily be true for social desirability and so on. But subliminal things are ambiguous to label. It all boils down to good self-observation and honesty as usual.

The images: that's for the implicit factor, esp. since it's a surprise element. Put it in spoilers as not to give it away por favor :biggrin:

SP/SO is good though! SX last is your safe bet. What is hidden is that I coded several options for those 3 items, don't worry about variety of choice :lol: Also I had to keep it crisp :yup:

You being an extrovert (ExFx one imo) makes you seem to be or relate more to SO instinct things without you actually being so.

Also, your posts on this forum are all pretty much Sx/Sp. SO blindspot.

@idontgiveaf @Olimpia Yes, though case. SX first is obvious as of now, and SO blind spot is also plausible hm... What did you answer for the question on what area in life you don't fuss about but may be decent in?

That doesn't help, need to go by gut then as well. Community sense over self-care or vice versa. Yeah I think it's the latter, you're more about personal needs. I join my sis Oli and say SX/SP.

But yeah i think I'm sx/sp that's my.. Well, I'm not really sure.. I should hangout at sx/sp thread to know.

so/sp ... I type as so/sx but I've considered sx/so in the past. I don't think my sx is that low, I actually think it's balanced with my social instinct. Anyway, I think that my stacking isn't really clear. I have a bit of all of them and it's quite difficult to chose exactly which one is the most dominant.

I guess I'm one of the only few that it was way off for. Seems pretty accurate for everybody else.

You and me both. :p Actually when I changed one thing I got sx/sp. It was an image. I was kind of indifferent to all three even though I like some pieces of two of them and the other is not my style but I can see the value in it.

I self-type as SO/SP but got SP/SX on that test. So it wasn't accurate for me.

One criticism I have is that the sx stuff focused on relationships and only once or twice mentioned other obsessions. When a test regularly includes the other obsessive pursuits, I score sx/sp. When they don't include it, then I have to make do with the sp answers...as those items are equal to or slightly less than my obsessive pursuits.

Fwiw, my relationships become my focus/obsession when I'm in them, and they are always "intense" but this probably relates more so to me being enneagram 4 and Beta. Imo, intensity in relationships doesn't have a lot to do with stacking, my IEE mother is sx first, and her relationships have never been anywhere near as intense as mine. When I'm single, I focus on myself 100% and don't bother to look for love. It kind of sucks that I have this, because all of my relationships have been agonizing af. :/ It's better for me to remain single, because I honestly can't handle that level of pain anymore, otherwise I may end up dead or in a mental institution.

As I've said many times that does sound like sx first. Far from all sx firsts "look for love" all the time, and I know sx lasts who have been relationship-addicts going from one person to the next. I dont either "look for love", that seems so unnatural and I dont need to be in a relationship, rather its a relief to be single because I get so obsessed in relationships and it puts me at the mercy of my jealousy and other emotions and I can't focus on other things.
What I look for when I'm among people is people who attract me, like I have an invisible antenna searching for people I can 'hook' into. It's usually men because I'm attracted to men but it can also be women, that I like the idea of merging with them and I like the idea of incorporating what I envision/idealize them to be into myself, im not even really interested in truly 'being their friend' or supporting them. But that's cause Im social last, and maybe a bad person. You could possibly be sx/so and if you are you'll be more genuinly interested in those kinds of real connections.

Sx second dont get that extreme level of obsession youre talking about, only in rare circumstances ive seen sx second or even last 'act' sx first, like at the breakup of a long term relationship, it may happen. But its not a recurring thing.

The inability to put sx aside and relax about it is what makes someone sx first.
