She's objectively hotter than most women. Though I'd agree on her butt being "too big" and disproportionate now. She used to be more attractive before she went for those butt procedures. I am guessing she went for those, so that the focus is more on her butt and less on her hips. It seems like her hips grew wider once she had kids and gained weight, so the butt is supposed to make that area more proportionate, but for many people who aren't obsessed with big butts, this doesn't work.

I remember when she was friends with Paris Hilton back in the days and was not famous yet, I saw a picture of both of them and she really stood out - so I basically remembered her and wanted to know more about her because she was so pretty. It all comes down to: a) do you store fat there? and b) that before/after pic was before she grew hips. she even said so herself she is 15 in the before pic - think of 15 year olds, their hips ALMOST ALWAYS get bigger and thighs/boobs usually get bigger. They are still going through puberty. I think the before/after pic is decieving for that reason. I could put a before pic of my boobs at 15: 32C. My boobs now! 2 cup sizes bigger. Lol guess what caused that? Puberty.
