Apprentice UK Season 8
Nick Holzherr, field: technology; from his final business plan i'd suggest positivist and strategy, a bit of risk-taking compared to others; Maybe LIE?

I'm having a bit of a hard time watching some old episodes primarily because Nick Hewer sort of irritates me lol
-
Ricky (winner): his final plan was a recruitment business; he frequently refers to his experience or having experience in general as his big asset; My first impression was LSI, but i'll see what i've got on Reinin and come back to this;

Ricky is also a professional wrestler, I guess there's nothing so far against LSI he also seems a positivist in Reinin from his audition presentation; More later
-
Ricky: he ousted Nick from the boardroom, strange tactics, too quickly reactive for LSI; ESI-Se?
-
More on Ricky: going off off this audition video seems rather boastful in a way over the top even for Apprentice, maybe indicates positivist. I welcome comments on it and on his type, which i've left as a hypothesis for the time being

I'm afraid I've misjudged Ricky type-wise so am linking this (for anyone curious: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tKrlnK6V2Dg) and will find some time to watch a couple old episodes before continuing on his type
-
A complete change of mind on Rick: Strategy, positivist, constructivist, I'll put him down as SLI-Te, that should make better sense in terms of his relation with the 'host' of the programme, typed by several as LSE

It's lamentable I don't have anyone else to discuss this with and wondered again about Ricky's type.
So far I've entertained SLI, LSI and ESI-Se. Of the three I'd go for the tactic type because of the boardroom scene where he ousted Nick and it did seem like Se on rethinking it (hit the spot), so maybe neither of these 3 but tactic and Se and i'd go for SLE as better fit;
