Which type move the quietest? I have always walked very quietly, almost cat-like. It feels like I am doing cause I don't want to drag any attention to myself and afraid that someone "Finds me out".
Could this reflect my personality type in anyway?

The type least likely to want to attract attention to themselves is probably SLI or EII. It could apply to some other introverts though, anyone with low :Se: and/or :Fe:.
LSE
They are very aware of their body and how things work around them. When opening the door, an LSE knows exactly how to as to without creating much vibration or sound. They also can eat with such grace and speed that one hardly notices when they finish.
Agree with Delta introtims. The loudest, congruently, are Beta extrotims. Alpha's humorous bickering etc sort of drowns out the noise and only LII is quieter. ILE is shuffling around. Gamma except ILI - sort of in between, they're in a rush so any noise pollution will be over soon. I've observed LIE and SEE types racing around like Usain Bolt, the gait itself doesn't cause the commotion but rather their speed XD ESI can stomp quite a bit as well.
Its going to be an IP type.
For what its worth, Se PolRs are often clumsy or unaware of how much space they take up, physically or audibly.
I think it's most likely for me to be a LII-Ne (although I guess we're gonna examine that closer soon) and I'm sometimes suspected of having the teleportation ability in that I happen to appear seemingly out of nowhere :D
I believe I can also be quite loud in movement sometimes, though - and I tend to run to get closer to my destination even if I'm not in a hurry (I used to jog quite often, so it may be of some influence here)
ILI or SLI. They are like ghosts.
My computer science teacher was an ILI and he had a habit of playing with his keys when walking around. Like a poltergeist.
And when he didn't you would never hear him. He would just magically appear behind you. Or you think he is gone, but no, he is still there (judging you).
cheating on tests was impossible.
@Orthotomus agree. LII, too
Ni leads can make themselves "invisible", inaudible as well?
I walk fucking quiet, but it's probably not that type related. My IEI mom is fucking loud at everything.
The question OP asked was ostensibly about behavior but they also gave information about motivation. It seems people ignored that part...
I try to be respectful but I'm not skilled at reading objects in my surroundings. I don't or can't feel how quietly to shut the door or how to walk on wood floors as to not make excessive noise. I am quiet though and my LSE manager wanted me to live upstairs from her because she knew how sensitive I am. Currently an SEE lives above her and she walks around as though she wants others to hear that she's there. She stomps on her way upstairs and vacuumed the floors at odd hours. I would not act with such carelessness and disrespect. I would have formed an open dialogue and vacuum when she's not there and not interrupt her sleep at night
Based on how I walk, I think that I keep walls well polished.
I try not to make much impact when walking, and doing other things. I dubbed it "Feather Walking" to my children, trying to make a quieter household. No dice. IEI, SEE, SLE don't care. Only us ILI here (me and my eldest son) are conscientious natural feather walkers/keep the noise downers. We are in the minority, and it's quite overwhelming. Getting up early is important, so I get some quiet time.
