1. The quality of it.
- Pretty good as long as I dream of something
2. The average duration.
- It really depends, 1-12 hours. This week it was - 12, 2, 5, 5, 8
3. How dreams play a role.
- Dreaming is very important. It also makes me feel refreshed after since I would be very interested in interpreting it. I sometimes only wake up for that.
4. What kind of sleeping location(s) you prefer.
- I prefer to sleep on a couch. Maybe, Couch > Chair > Bed
5. Your sleeping pattern.
- It’s kinda variable. After work and dinner, I spend time contemplating and writing random plans/thoughts I could think of. If I don’t get bored and sleepy by then, I’ll do some side work. If I still don’t get sleepy, I’ll listen to music and contemplate again. If I couldn’t sleep and it’s already dawn, I take melatonin. Now that I think about it I either sleep very early (around 6 or 7 pm) or very late (3-6 am).
6. Your two main sleeping positions. I.e., the one you fall alseep in and the one you wake up in.
- None of those things, I just pass out on my desk or sit on the corner of my bed with a lot of things lying around.
-
1. Decent. Sometimes better than others.
2. 8.5-9 hrs
3. Dreams are usually negative/horror-movie-esque and cause me to clench teeth badly
4. Bed or couch, sometimes floor. Mat of grass on a sunny day
5. Usually 12-1 to 8-8:30 but all over the place on weekends.
6. I can only fall asleep on my back but getting to sleep is most effective on my side. I usually wake up on my back but change positions several times during the night.

1. If it's quiet, it tends to be good. But I'm a light sleeper and wake to any unexpected noise.
2. 6 hours, I get up to pee, struggle getting back to sleep and try to sleep 4 more hours when I have the time. But typically around 8.
3. I tend to have good dreams. They're influenced by my mood; if I'm stressed they'll be fitful and if I'm in a better mood when falling asleep they're more deeper and immersive, and I remember them better. And the more I dream the better my sleep feels.
4. My bed, I suppose.
5. 0/1 AM until 8 or 9 on weekdays. 2 to noon or so on weekends.
6. Fall asleep in freefall. I don't actually remember how I wake up.
