I was thrilled when I saw South Beach Diet frozen meals at the grocery store today... but I tried one and it was sorta gross. Maybe the other kinds won't be so bad.
I went to sign up for the gym right by my house, but they wanted a 2 year commitment... fuck that. If it was 6 months I would have done it. If it was a year I would have considered it but prolly wouldn't have done it. It was sorta funny... the owner of the gym told me that I don't need to lose weight. :lol:
My main incentive to go through with this lifestyle change isn't the weight loss, it's the energy. I have always had issues with fatigue, but I felt better when I was on the south beach diet before... until I was too lazy and busy to eat the proper foods and ended up just not eating enough and then deciding that I didn't have the time or money to continue with it and didn't feel like putting forth the effort. I went the adderall route instead.
