I'm putting on castor oil on my face now.
I recommend (because I'm 37 and I've done it) for everyone to stay out of the sun and wear sunscreen and reapply every 2-4 hours. Let it settle in before going out. Also start taking care of your skin early. In your 30 start applying hyaluronic acid, vitamin C, and also over the counter retinol (vitamin A) products.
@Maritsa People who wear more sunscreen seem to have higher rates of cancer. I wouldn't do that... Also, in all your pictures you look like you have quite the tan :P

Sunscreen is the cheapest anti age remedy anyway. People just have to look into correct ingredients, most of the mainstream products are not interesting. You have to be a bit of a chemist to understand how it works.

I forget what the condition is called but my skin changes color in certain lighting and at some periods of my life it got pale and then back also my thyroid condition has changed my skin color and adaptation to lighting tooQuote:

I think you mean photosensitive? I have that too but I didn't always have it. It comes and goes. Certain things can make you more photosensitive, like chemicals or medications. Even some supplements.Quote:
