Rural American culture, though especially mountain culture, is of course sp/so. Sometimes I like to think of myself as some Appalachian aristocrat, though in reality I am from the northeastern part of the Piedmont.

I dont think an sp/so would say "i never loved her because I didnt hate her after (she left me/cheated on me)". It sounds like all or nothing sx attitude. Though idk where they got this idea from because theyve never had that experience before (love turning into hate).

I changed my mind, it could be a person of any type, because it sounds like outside opinions has made her believe this. It could be true for her too though.

Exactly, I was about to ask – where is the social element?
One could think that the skyline in the background is the social element, but the driver isn't actually a part of it, he's doing his own thing.
Same for the driver in "Drive".
