Documentary: Food on the Brain
One part of this documentary talks about the effects of eating junk food whilst pregnant with their unborn child.
I feel blessed that I have a mother who eats a strictly healthy diet and hates junk food.
Even as a child I wasn't a big fan of junk food. I ate very small portions of food. Food wasn't interesting to me as a child. I'd rather play or draw.
Now that I'm older, I do feel that I've become more of a foodie. I like to indulge in real foods though, and keep processed foods to a minimum.
