Late morning (11-12) or mid-afternoon (2-4) works best for me. That's when my blood sugar levels aren't so low I want to throw up (like early in the morning), and when I have the most energy.
In the evenings I go running with my big dog and a can of pepper spray. I have a lot of energy at night.
Beyond walking the dogs I never do the exercise. I eat like three fully grown men and I'm still a size zero. I've been thinking I should probably do some cardo for my overall heath, but I think I would lose too much weight.
Exercise is extremely important for everyone regardless of body-type. I used to have a kind of counseling job regarding this; I'm probably preaching to the choir, but anyways:

I'm basically this guy:

Anytime :)
Nope. When I was in the military I lost all my body-fat, stopped menstruating, and I still didn’t look buff :( I missed the fat because I lost all tolerance to cold. I just shivered uncontrollably when I got home, and people around me seemed comfortable. All that and I still wasn’t muscular. It was cold and there was no cake.
If I'm not busy I prefer the early afternoon, between 1 and 3 PM. Usually I get somewhat sleepy by that time, and exercise is a nice "boost" to my sleepiness.
If I'm aiming for peak performance tho, I prefer around 10 AM.
I liked basic training. I think out of about 200-250 men, I was the only that had to look at the drill sergeants. I seemed unaffected by their shouting and tormenting, so they figured they could scare me by making me see them scream at me? I was always forced to look them in the eyes. They were bizarre.

I need to lifts weights, but I don't want to pay for a gym membership. Hmmm I had a friend who did hot yoga and she had a great body; she was muscular. Yoga is so boring though.
Usually just before it gets dark. I'm too afraid of punk ass teenagers attacking/raping me to exercise at night.
Whenever. I try to not limit myself too much, but I try to go for the morning when I've got the most energy.
I typically workout between 9 and noon. I run 2.5 miles to the gym, lift weights, and run home. Sometimes I'll substitute biking or cardio circuits if I feel like certain leg muscles need a rest.
I work out all day every day. when I can get to the beach I'll swim or surf for a couple of hours, which is like working out x1000. Also, I enjoy moving massive piles of mulch, soil and rocks with a shovel and two five-gallon buckets. wheelbarrows and carts are for p******s.
OMG, you know biscuit world??? We drove by it when driving from VA to Ohio, and I thought it was a biscuit theme park. I freaked out and begged to go, but my husband would not entertain the idea, and told me the truth about what it was. I didn't care and couldn't believe it... my hopes and dreams....crushed! We never did go. :(
For a "regular" gym visit, I prefer mornings because it perks me up. For swimming I like evenings because it makes me tired (plus I don't have to share lanes). Well, and walking the dogs four times a day (but only two long walks).
To keep it fit I when do you do the exercise regularly.
I don't usually exercise because I hate to sweat. I do however strictly monitor my caloric intake and eat whatever natural foods I'm craving at the moment. If I feel like I'm becoming too flabby I use my exercise bike anywhere from 5-240 minutes. So I basically just listen to what my body is telling me and act on it.
I find evening works best for me as I'm not a morning person. Sometimes I jog at night, but then I won't sleep so evening is better.
As for me, I don't have enough time to do this as much as I want, therefore I try to do this always when I have such a possibility. Some exercises - in the morning, others - in the afternoon and also during the day of course.
