There are 40 possible patterns and it is obtained by taken your most two extreme scores (either highest and/or lowest).
For example, my result is:

I tend to score Very high in conscientiousness (like the 96th percentile), around 85 in Openness, 75 or so in extroversion, 20 in Agreeableness lol and like 15 or so in Neuroticism (very calm and low stress individual).
That roughly correlates to an ENTj, at least in Jungian terms.

Orderliness is consistently low. Openness is relatively high. Extraversion is right on the fence. Emotional stability is about the same. Agreeableness is slightly more "no" than "si". This has always been a test to gauge mood for me. There's probably a reason why similarminds can recycle the same questions for different systems which recycle the same dichotomies where the results are more-or-less the same "types" with slightly different labels.

I am dark green in the second image which compared my scores to others who are participating in this study. My results are pretty consistent for the most part but it keeps track of life events so you know what events affected your personality. I got SCUEI, primary Inquisitive as usual (no-brainer). Years ago when I first took the test I scored as RLUEI, I wonder why Reserved/Limbic has changed while the other traits are stable. The Chae Nr. 007 feedback for the test is that it has too many questions about the area where you live at the end. I see the scientific reason there but it still makes me wonder if my friend from the FBI made that.
